Transitions are what families continually go through as their children
grow, moving through childhood, adolescence, to eventually become healthy
young adults. Sometimes parents have to make heart-felt difficult choices
to place their child in some type of intervention process. Or, as the
teenager becomes a young adult parents need help guiding them toward independence.
Do you have a young adult that is transitioning from the home toward
independence?
Do you have a young adult that is transitioning from an inpatient or
